Marvel fans can now get a glimpse of what’s in store for Doctor Strange in the upcoming sequel, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. On September 23, Marvel Studios released the official poster for the highly anticipated film, giving us a sneak peek at what could be the most mind-bending adventure in the Marvel Cinematic Universe yet.
The poster features the titular character, played by Benedict Cumberbatch, in his iconic superhero costume, looking out into a multiverse of different dimensions and realities. The image is a nod to the film’s subtitle, as Doctor Strange ventures into the unknown and faces unknown dangers in the multiverse.
Joining Cumberbatch in the film are Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch, Chiwetel Ejiofor as Karl Mordo, Rachel McAdams as Christine Palmer, and Benedict Wong as Wong. The sequel will also introduce new characters, including Xochitl Gomez as America Chavez and Sam Raimi as the film’s director.
